Welcome to FREEDOM-IP! We are a subscription service providing our users with access to a VPN service available on compatible computers, tablets and smartphones.
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used herein, the terms "FREEDOM-IP service", "our service" or "service" refer to the service provided by FREEDOM-IP to secure your Internet connection (VPN).
1.1. Your subscription to FREEDOM-IP is renewed automatically monthly, bi-annually, or annually until terminated. Unless you cancel your subscription before your renewal date, you authorize us to charge you the following month / year subscription fee according to your payment method (see "Termination" below).
1.2. To use the FREEDOM-IP service, you must have Internet access and a FREEDOM-IP compatible device and you must provide us with a valid, valid and accepted payment method. You will find the specific details of your subscription to the FREEDOM-IP service by visiting our website and clicking on the link "Your account" available at the top of the pages of the FREEDOM-IP website, next to your profile name.
2.1. Your subscription to FREEDOM-IP starts with a free trial. The free trial period lasts 7 days, unless otherwise stipulated at registration, and is intended to allow new members and former members to try out the service.
2.2. We will charge the fee for your monthly / twice-yearly / annual subscription at the end of the free trial period according to your payment method, unless you terminate your subscription before the end of the subscription period. FREEDOM-IP prohibits the use of its services in any of the following situations:
FREEDOM-IP prohibits the use of its services to publish or share illegal content.
FREEDOM-IP takes copyright and other intellectual property rights very seriously, and we encourage you to do the same. You are responsible for determining the legal status of any intellectual property that you use or copy through any FREEDOM-IP service.
FREEDOM-IP can not and does not analyze information passing through its services. You agree not to transfer copyrighted works without the express permission of the owner of the copyright.
FREEDOM-IP will terminate the subscription of appropriate subscribers who infringe materials without legal copyright or other illegal content.
Read the FREEDOM-IP privacy policy for more information on how FREEDOM-IP manages criminal and civil investigations. The FREEDOM-IP privacy rules are included by default.
Our Freedom-IP Service is provided to you "as is" without any warranty, condition or assurance as to its quality or suitability for any particular purpose. We expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that may be linked to the law and do not represent any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness or the satisfactory quality or Suitability for a particular use of the Freedom-IP service.
You are responsible for any activity related to your account. As part of the services provided, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FREEDOM-IP, its agents, employees, shareholders and partners from any action related to your account during use or during use of One of its services.
No refunds can be granted in all circumstances.
FREEDOM-IP reserves the right to suspend, terminate or refuse service to any person, whatever the time or reason.
Should one or more provisions in these Terms of Use be found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By connecting to "VPN" Service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code (France).
FREEDOM-IP may from time to time make changes to these Terms of Use without notice. It is the responsibility of the member to keep himself informed of our privacy policy and our general conditions of use.
We will send you information about your account (for example, payment authorizations, invoices, changes of password or payment method, confirmation messages, notifications) only by electronic means, for example by e-mail sent to the email address you provided when you registered.
