Impossible de se connecter à un serveur quelconque

Bonjour à tous, je suis avec mon ordi dans l'internat de mon lycée et quand j'essaye de me connecter à un serveur quelconque, voici ce qui s'affiche:

à noter qu'à la fin le message d'erreur est le suivant: "All TAP-Windows adapter on this system are currently use." Je n'ai aucune idée de comment régler ce problème? Quelqu'un aurait t-il une idée?

Bonjour ...

J'ajouterai aussi un certain tutoriel qui explique comment se connecter aux VPN en traversant le proxy de certaines infrastructures.
