La connexion au VPN échoue mais celle de "Mon Compte" aussi ... donc vos identifiants ne sont pas correctes.
Je vous recommande de vous rendre sur "Mon Compte" et de faire une demande de nouveau mot de passe "Mot de Passe Oublié".
